After we finished building our new house the next project on my mind is to buy a new car for my newly built garage. My friends suggested me different car models but I do consider purchasing 2010 chevy equinox because of its design and looks. Aside from that, because it was made as family vehicle, meaning all of us can ride with it. This car model is also considered a revamped edition of the crossover vehicle sold by GM since early in the decade. With a four-cylinder or a six-cylinder engine, both coupled to a six-speed automatic.

My wife also have car model in mind and she wants 2010 volkswagen jetta which I think fits her well because she usually attends meetings and parties. So, she can use it as her personal car. I find this car suitable for ladies and maybe for gents also because the design was simple but the performance is great according to some reviews that I read. The last car that both me and my wife agreed to priorities is the Ford Focus. We are in love with its look when we saw the ford focus photos while we are reading the reviews about it from this website called www.thecarconnection.com. So, if you want to check this out then visit the said website too.

People often take for granted the importance their garage floor and how protecting it will give it a longer lifespan. There are many influences that can damage the floor of a garage. This can be rain, ice, road salt, oil and grease from your car. All of these can contribute to the deterioration of your garage flooring. What you can do to protect it however is it use a sealant of some kind. This is an easy and affordable way to protect the floor of your garage for many years to come.

Whatever you use your garage for you will want to make sure it lasts as long as you own your home. Repairing concrete isn’t a pleasant experience and can be costly so taking preventive measures to ensure the longevity of your floor is wise. It’s also an investment that will add value to your home. All of the techniques I will list are easy do-it-yourself techniques that won’t take any longer than an afternoon to complete.

The first thing you can do is buy some garage floor paint. This will seal the concrete and prevent it from cracking. The paint used is generally acrylic and comes in most any color you want. You’ll want to pick up some basic supplies to start like gloves that will protect your skin from the initial cleaning of the concrete which involves some heavy duty chemicals. Then buy a respirator, primer and brushes and rollers. It takes about a gallon per hundred square feet for an entire garage floor coating.

Another sealant you can use is epoxy. This really fills the flaws of your concrete floor and provides a deep seal. It’s much stronger than acrylic and can be applied to an existing painted floor if it has been cleaned properly. It may take a little longer and will cost in the neighborhood of $500, but the final look is amazing. Of the two styles, the epoxy coating is a much more reliable way to protect the floor of your garage and gives you a showroom look when it is dry.
